Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Viceo Studio ("Viceo", "we", "us"), operated by GVG Holding, Germany. By creating an account or using the studio you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Viceo.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to collect free credits more than once.
• Give us a working email address — we use it for sign-in, receipts and important notices.

• Generations cost credits. The price is shown before you start a render.
• Credits are charged when a render starts and refunded automatically if it fails or is blocked by moderation.
• New accounts receive free starter credits. Plan credits renew monthly and reset at the start of each billing period — unused plan credits don't roll over.
• Top-up credits are not reset with your plan and stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only used inside Viceo.

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Top-ups are one-off purchases.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We never see your full card number.

You can cancel your plan at any time in your Account. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you already paid for; after that you won't be charged again. Top-up credits stay on your account for their 12-month validity.

Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may end once you start using them, where the law allows this and you agreed at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

• The Deck levels up your saved characters as you spend credits with them and pays out reward credits.
• Reward credits are promotional. They have no cash value, are valid for 12 months, and must be claimed on the Deck page.
• Rewards unlock after your first purchase. Monthly card rewards require an active paid plan.
• We may change, pause or end the Deck programme or its reward rates for the future. Rewards already claimed stay on your account until they expire.
• Abuse (for example, generating only to farm rewards or using multiple accounts) can lead to rewards being removed.

You may only upload media you created or have the rights to use. No game captures, trailers, logos or other third-party copyrighted material, and no images of real people without their consent. You give us the permission needed to store and process your uploads — including sending them to our AI providers — only to provide the service to you.

• As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated content.
• On a paid plan you may use your outputs commercially, for example in monetised videos, thumbnails and social posts.
• On the free tier, outputs are for personal, non-commercial use.
• AI can produce similar results for different users, so we can't guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use and publish your outputs.
• If you make an output public, you allow us to show it inside Viceo (for example on Explore) until you make it private or delete it.

You can mention game titles and character names (for example GTA 6) in your prompts and content. Viceo is an independent fan tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Don't present your outputs as official, licensed or endorsed by a rights holder, and don't use their logos.

You must not use Viceo to create or share:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content, or anything involving minors;
• images, video or voices of real people without their consent, or deceptive deepfakes;
• harassment, hate, threats, or content promoting violence or illegal activity;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including official logos.

You also must not try to bypass moderation or credit charges, scrape or overload the service, resell access, or reverse-engineer it. We may block prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work to keep Viceo running well, but the service is provided "as is". AI outputs vary and may not match your expectations, and tools, models and prices may change. Features depend on third-party AI providers and may be temporarily unavailable. Failed renders are refunded in credits.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law (such as the German Product Liability Act) applies.

For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

You can stop using Viceo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after a warning where reasonable. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Viceo Studio is operated by GVG Holding and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then; continuing to use Viceo afterwards means you accept the new terms.
